Making a difference
Tuesday 16th June 2009 09:27 AMFREE - Tai Chi and Tea workshop which takes place on Wednesdays from 12 - 2 pm at Chestnuts Community Centre, 280 St. Ann's Rd, Tottenham. The workshop is well attended and enjoyed by the participants. The energy that is in full flow after Tai Chi during the networking hour (refreshments provided) is friendly, fun and positive.
FREE - Happy Opportunity programme is currently taking place at The Neighbourhood Resource Centre, 177 Park Lane,Tottenham. It will run for 15 weeks every Thursday from 11.00am - 1.00pm. On the 1st week 14 people attended a talk and demonstration. Still to come: Yoga, Healthy Lifestyles, , IT Training, Back-to-work skills, and many more subjects. This project for the mature adult is supported by Area Based Grant

Become a volunteer
Friday 1st May 2009 03:56 PMVolunteers continue to create a positive flow through PHASCA's open and welcoming door. The office could not manage without their services. Without any doubt all the volunteers play a vital role to keep the life blood of PHASCA flowing.
PHASCA is indebted to those people who share their time, energies and talents. Our very sincere thanks to all of them; especially to Liz Pine (Volunteer Co-ordinator) and Doriel Rollock who have been with Phasca for many years.

Sunday 28th June 2009 01:06 PMWe are justly proud of our 10 year history. We have a big responsibility to make sure our contribution is sustained and developed.
As an organisation we have ambitious plans to provide more and better services to the local people.
Our aim in the years ahead is to increase fundraising and create our own income streams through Social Enterprises.Our success over the years is due to the work and commitment of staff, funders, donors, volunteers and partners, As Chair, may I say a big "thank you" to all of you for helping to strengthen Phasca's capacity to make a difference as we are completing our 10th year.
